1) Will my Office 365 E1 work with my copy of Office?
Yes, your E1 is compatible with Office 2013 and Office 2011 (Mac users), but it works best with the latest office. Older versions of Office (2007 and 2010) may work with the E1 but with limited functionality. For a richer experience, connect your PC versions of Office to Office 365 services.
2) Can I get volume discounts for my business?
Yes, discounts are available to Office 365 enterprise customers who intend to buy through volume licensing. We can help you explore purchasing options and recommend the best plan for you.
3) Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Office 365 plan whenever you like. However, there’s a penalty for canceling the Office 365 1 before your contact expires. For more details, read your online subscription agreement.
